MONETIZING SYSTEM REFUND POLICY:
If you are a medical professional selling video content on our platform, you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase for any individual video or premium channel, provided that the video has not been accessed or viewed.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
Once we have approved your refund request, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that any videos that have been accessed or viewed are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds are not available for any purchases made outside of our platform, such as through a third-party website or service.
SUBSCRIPTION MODEL REFUND POLICY:
If you have subscribed to a premium channel or a Docthus Pro account, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
You will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of a subscription period unless there is a technical issue or error on our platform that prevents you from accessing your subscription.
If you have a technical issue or error, please contact our customer support team with your issue details and we will work to resolve the issue or error as quickly as possible.
In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue or error, we may offer you a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access to the premium channel or Docthus Pro account will continue until the end of the current subscription period, after which you will no longer have access to the content.
Please note that refunds are not available for any purchases made outside of our platform, such as through a third-party website or service.
